1. Add a pre filter for untreated intake air;
2. Filter element aging, replace filter element;
3. The air contains chemicals that cannot be absorbed by the filter element, and should be treated in advance according to the situation;
4. If the flow exceeds the rated value, replace the high flow filter;
5. There is a short circuit in the air flow inside the air filter. Find the cause and take targeted measures;
6. The fastening screws of the filter element are not tightened, tighten the filter element;
7. Reverse the connection of the air filter inlet and outlet, and reconnect it in the marked direction;
8. Unclean downstream pipelines, flush downstream pipelines;
9. Use points with residual pollutants to remove residual pollutants;
10. The bypass valve is not tightly closed. Close the bypass valve tightly.
Common faults and troubleshooting of air filters: The filter does not work due to the following reasons:
1. The inlet and outlet valves are not open, open the valves;
