1. Responsible for printing, copying, sending and receiving company documents, organizing information, and categorizing documents.
2. Responsible for the management of company office equipment, the specific use and registration of computers, fax machines, telephones, and photocopiers, and the printing of business cards.
3. Responsible for handling employee onboarding, leave, transfer, resignation and other procedures
4. Establish employee files and attendance records, compile monthly attendance statistics, and submit them to the finance department for bookkeeping and record keeping.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
